• Job applications: your contact details, work history, licenses, references, and the résumé or cover letter you upload.

We don't sell your information and we don't use advertising trackers. The site uses only the cookies needed to run it, plus a sign-in cookie for staff.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule work, and prepare quotes.
• To review your job application and contact you about it.
• To keep records our business and regulators require.

Who sees it

Our staff, and the service providers that host this website and send its email, only as needed to run the site. We share information with regulators or others only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep service requests as long as needed for the work and our records. We keep job applications for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.

Public water reports

The Consumer Confidence Reports and monitoring waivers on this site are public documents that public water systems must make available. They don't contain personal information about customers.
